Terms for guests

Always Funday LLC, a Minnesota company, plans and hosts small group trips and events. We arrange the lodging, activities and hosting described on each trip page, and we work with outside providers such as cabin owners and, for international trips, local operators.

You must be 18 or older. Keep your login secure and your details accurate, including your emergency contact.

• Every trip is booked by application. We review each application and may approve or decline it.
• By applying you agree to the code of conduct.
• Trips are open to everyone who accepts the code of conduct. We never decline an application because of who someone is.

• Prices on trip pages are per person and all-in for what the trip page lists as included, including any tax we are required to collect.
• Deposits, balance due dates, transfers and refunds follow our cancellation policy.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

• Follow the host’s safety instructions and the code of conduct.
• Before the trip you sign our participant waiver.
• We may change an itinerary for weather, safety or availability.
• We may remove a guest who seriously or repeatedly breaks the code of conduct or puts others at risk.

Lodging, transportation and activities run by other companies are subject to their own rules. We choose providers with care and will help if something goes wrong.

To the extent the law allows, Always Funday LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the trip involved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

You can close your account any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the code of conduct.

Minnesota law governs these terms. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts in Minnesota. Please email us first so we can try to sort it out directly.

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update the version and date on this page. The terms in place when you paid your deposit apply to that trip. Questions: legal@alwaysfunday.com.
